Sail to Reward Regatta

The Sail to Reward Regatta is a new event to bring teams together from the hotel and hospitality sector to compete in a sailing regatta. It's the ultimate combination for a successful hospitality event:
- a day of great racing
- team building
- networking
- fun for your teams on and off the water
- raising valuable funds for the Room to Reward Charity
The regatta is a one day event, staged from Ocean Village Marina and the Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa on the spectacular, modern fleet of Prometheus 41 yachts.
The winning team will be awarded the Mermaid Trophy, kindly sponsored by Mermaid Gin.

Itinerary - Monday 9th June 2025
0800-0830 - Meet at Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa, Ocean Village for breakfast and be introduced to your skippers and mates before heading to your yachts for a comprehensive safety briefing;
0845 - Meet your skipper and head to your boat for your briefing.
0915 - Depart the marina and for the Solent and the race area;
Race start area to be announced over VHF.
1130 - A programme of up to three races will be provided, with time for lunch on the hoof
1630 - Return to Ocean Village Marina for après-sail drinks
1800 - Drinks reception at the Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa
1900- Dinner - enjoy a 3 course regatta dinner at the Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa. The prize giving will see the wining team awarded the Mermaid Trophy, sponsored by Mermaid Gin.
